🔹This is your chance to sell yourself, so SELL. Brag and include high performing achievements as first the bullet point of each job.
🔹Uniform/readability (Font, Size, Margins)
🔹Tailor the resume, cover letter and objective to the job you’re applying to.
🔹No Clipart, words in margins, or pictures
🔹Be descriptive and to the point but not overly wordy (hiring managers take a good 60 seconds max in their initial review of a resume).
🔹Use stats, numbers or percentages if possible to show growth or size of projects & teams.
🔹Limit each job to 3-5 key bullet points.
